Back in Black!

I'm back in black and blue.

Ran 7 miles yesterday in 28F sunny weather. Took me 1:08 to do it. As you can see I'm out of shape a bit. Gained some weight.

I'm off to do 7 miles now. Going to wear a bit warm clothes.

Marathons here I come!
