47 Miles for the Week!
What a week of miles! 47 miles for the week. All the miles were on hilly routes since that's all I have. Today's run was an 18.4 mile pre-marathon long run. I forgot to take any food with me on the 3 1/2 hour run which really drained me from mile 10 on. Won't make that mistake again.

3's a Charm
3rd day in a row for a short 4 miles run on hills.
Mile 1 was 9:42/mi
Mile 2 was 9:22/mi
Mile 3 was 8:35/mi
Mile 4 was 7:42/mi
Today was some kind of upside down reverse split hill run workout. The last mile is uphill for about 3rd of a mile. I knew I had a good time going so I just pushed it!

Short Run
Ran out of time for a longer run, but got the shoes on for a hilly 4 miles. Nice sunny day after some ice this morning.
