Came up with a slightly hair brain idea on Saturday -- why not run a marathon tomorrow. So, yesterday I ran a long 26.2 miles with zero marathon training. I lived to write this even if it took me 4 horus and 40 mins to get to the finish!

Back in Black!
I'm back in black and blue.Ran 7 miles yesterday in 28F sunny weather. Took me 1:08 to do it. As you can see I'm out of shape a bit. Gained some weight.
I'm off to do 7 miles now. Going to wear a bit warm clothes.
Marathons here I come!
