I've arrived in the UK, yesterday but forgot to post my weekend run of 9.5 miles at home. Snapped a pic in my Jeep as I drove home from the run. The run seemed to hard. I feel a bit out of shape.It was raining this morning here in Manchester so I wimped out of a run.
