I did a 14.4 mile run this morning a bit after 8 AM. Ran about a 9:38 min/mile pace. Nice run. Not too hard.
Yesterday I missed my 14 mile run. It was the first total day miss since starting the Goofy Plan in early July. It was likely good for my body to miss yesterday, but I'm a little bummed I allowed that to happen.
I'm back on track again.
