I climbed a mountain!
Hiked 5 miles to 9.2k ft and pitched a tent. It was cold. Next morning climbed to the summit then returned to the tent. Lots of hours with a backpack...heavy one. Lots of miles putting one foot in front of the other.
Got to use hiking boots, alpine boots, crampons, ice axe, tent, backpack, blue bag, etc.
It was great!
...good endurance training.
