Rainy Thursday I headed out with Bill, Mike and Jeff for my final four miles of the month.At 2.5 miles into our quick stroll I reach my first 100 mile month of 2007!
Zipped along at a nice 8:08/mi pace to complete the 4 miles in 32:57.
I ran 17 times this month avg 6 miles a run. Not bad!
