Check it and see!90F this afternoon. 8:10/mi pace for the first 2 miles with Mike and Bill not far behind us.
Finished out 5 miles in 43:04. About an 8:38/mi over all. It was a fine over all pace consider that it was so HOT. Good thing I took 16 oz of water with me.
Next run might be in Europe. We'll see how the schedule goes the next couple of days.
