Was out for a quick three miles after work because I ended up on the phone so I didn't have time for 6 miles.Great evening. Temp about 80F, but not humid.
mile 1 was 7:15/mi
mile 2 was 7:45/mi (see pic)
mile 3 was 8:15/mi as I was gagging on my own slime. I didn't take any water with me. I found it impossible to keep the pace and gag! ha!
