Nothing like running straight down the middle of the road!It was another hot late afternoon run. It was supposed to be 88F this afternoon. Pretty good breeze at times so it felt really hot, but not deadly.
I tried my "tower cam" simulation today by holding my Treo 650 up in the air as I ran down the middle of the road.
My legs were a little tired since I ran this same 7 miles yesterday afternoon. I beat yesterday's time by 5 seconds which means I did EACH mile .8 sec faster!
