Since I didn't run tonight, I thought I would finish up a new mix of the song I wrote called Didn't Think Twice. The mix is not "finished" finished, but gives an idea of where this song mix is headed. This mix has all the guitar parts goin' instead of just an acoustic thing. I also added the full live drum kit that Ron played.
I was almost ready to upload after mixing on my Mackie HR824 monitors when I listened on Sony MDR-7506 headphones. Man did I have the kick loud in the mix. I completely missed this by listening only to the Mackies. I guess I need a subwoofer to switch on/off.
No keyboards in this mix. I couldn't find a place for them. A poor fade at the end, sorry about that.
