A nice breeze today, but warmer than yesterday's run. I think it was in the mid-70's. In the sun it was hot!I did the same 7 mile loop as I did ysterday. Took this picture with my Treo 650 at just about the same spot I took the picture yesterday. Me holding my phone cam out in front of me as I continued to run. Can't stop to just pose!
I wore a Fuel Belt today so that I would have some water, my Treo and some Accel Gel. I do pretty well with the chocolate flavor gel. This is the only gel that I know of that has some protein mixed in. It tastes very good too!
